1. Do you provide size information?

2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days (1–3 days processing + 6–11 days transit). Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our tracking page to follow your delivery. Check your spam folder if the email is not in your inbox. Tracking may take a few days to activate.
4. My package has not arrived after 14 business days. What now?
We’re sorry for the delay. First, please check your tracking link for the latest updates. In some cases, parcels may experience short delays due to customs or local carrier processing.
Most orders arrive within a few additional business days. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us and our support team will assist you.
5. Can I cancel or update my order?
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order will already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item after delivery, following our return process.
6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. We will guide you through the return or exchange process according to our return policy.
7. What payment methods do you accept?

8. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return costs.
Once we have received your return, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
9. Where do I enter my discount code?
